These Terms of Use govern your use of Pilo TV Remote. Pilo TV Remote is operated by PubWave. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Pilo TV Remote is provided to help you discover, connect to, and control compatible TVs and casting devices on your local network. You are responsible for using the app only with devices you own or are authorized to control.

Compatibility

Pilo TV Remote supports selected TV brands, protocols, and casting features. Compatibility depends on your TV model, firmware, network configuration, enabled TV settings, and permissions. Some features may not work on every device.

Network and Device Requirements

Your phone and TV usually need to be on the same local network. Some TVs must be awake, paired, or configured to allow remote control, mobile wake, network standby, Wake-on-LAN, ADB, or similar settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Pilo TV Remote may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store and may be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

• Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refund rules are controlled by the applicable app store.
• Premium access depends on app store validation and purchase provider availability.
• You can restore eligible purchases using the app or the app store account used for purchase.

Ads

The free version of the app may show ads. Premium features may remove ads where described in the app. Ad availability and privacy choices may vary by region and platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to control devices without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app or its services.
• Use the app in a way that disrupts networks, devices, or other users.
• Bypass subscriptions, ads, technical limitations, or security controls.

No Affiliation

Pilo TV Remote is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV manufacturer, streaming platform, operating system provider, or other brand referenced in the app unless expressly stated. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe device compatibility as nominative fair use.

No Warranty

We work to provide a stable remote control, connection, and casting experience. Because TV models, firmware, network conditions, and third-party device services can vary, we cannot guarantee that every remote control, connection, or casting feature will always be available, fully compatible, or completely error-free.

Purchases, subscriptions, and premium access may also depend on app store validation and purchase provider availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data, revenue, device connectivity, or network availability.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the app, change features, add or remove supported services, or modify these terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Premium access may be limited or revoked where required by app store rules, purchase validation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a violation of these terms.

Apple Terms

If you downloaded Pilo TV Remote from the Apple App Store, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce these terms against you after you accept them. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region may still apply.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
